I’m cutting probably 500 calories out of my diet and going on a heavy cut. How long does it take for my to not feel like I’m dying of hunger. For reference I was at 2k for maintenance and going down to 1.5k now
Do intermittent fasting in the morning until like 2pm and then eat 2 filling meals and it should be easier to manage. Coffee in the morning is good for satiety and hot liquids like soup. It all about feeling more full to make it easier

It’ll take a few days or even a few weeks to get used to it. Once you do it’s liberating af tho

You’re either 1. eating in more of a deficit than you think or 2. The quality of the food you’re eating isn’t very good. For reference Im eating in a similar deficit right now and I don’t get very hungry because I eat mostly Whole Foods, with high protein.

Also, if your maintenance is only 2,000 I don’t think I’d recommend cutting right now. You’re better off bulking and increasing your metabolism first. It’s a whole lot easier to be in a deficit if your calories are higher.
