
I’m recovering from anorexia as well and it’s gotten a lot better. You need to start with changing meals at a time step by step. Start w breakfast and make meals that are balanced and you actually like to eat. Protein keeps you satisfied longer and you won’t have that intense hunger rampages that you usually get in Ed’s. Your body naturally will guide you and enjoy your fav meals or whatever on your rest days.
Also my best advice since you have an ED- is to focus on the enjoyment of food and familiarize yourself w it. You can’t jump right into cutting/ calorie deficits until you realize it’s not the enemy and it can become a slippery slope to going back to disordered eating. Go step by step until eventually you get to three meals and rotate between those. You can track the amount of cals from there to see what to do next
