If you want to decrease the size of your chest while still training for strength I recommend high reps/low weight for any exercise that hits chest— though you may already be doing that

I think lose 5/10 pounds and they’ll be gone while still having the same chest you have now

Heavy flat bench press definitely helps 1 day do 5 sets of 5 the next chest day do 3 sets of 7
