And then I’m stuck in this loop of trying to rebuild my muscle, but being unable to do basic exercises unsupported bc it strains my patellar tendon, but the only reason it’s being strained is bc of quad weakness 💀

Sorryyy this sucks. But muscle memory is real and once you get going you’ll build up faster!
