I weigh 130 pounds 5’8, I want to get around 150-165 pounds. What tips does everyone have for bulking?

Breakfast-- protein powder, protein shake, cashews, maple syrup, sf chocolate sauce. Microwave in small square dish and refrigerate and it becomes like a high protein brownie that tastes good. Lunch and dinner usual chicken bs but it makes breakfast sm easier, could eat 5 of those lol

Honestly from what I’ve heard and seen. Instead of being in a calorie deficit you want to be in a calorie surplus and if you want muscle try and eat protein with every meal

Refined sugars in junk food boost ghrelin (hunger hormone) and will help you eat more if appetite is a barrier to reaching surplus calories. Incorporating more meals throughout the day helps too. Still pay attention to gut health and consider fiber snacks/drinks since you'll likely eat fewer vegetables in favor of more calorically dense options!

Spread out your meals so you don't have to eat a massive meal all at once, so eat 5 or 6 times a day instead of 3. Drink water after you've finished your food, not during, so you don't get full as easily. Incorporate healthy fats like eggs, avocado, beef, etc into your diet (fats have more calories).

I have better luck eating 3 big meals rather than 5-6 meals throughout the day
