Yall, how do I stay consistent in food and the gym? I feel like I’ve lost all motivation or I didn’t even have it

Gym wise it’s hard the first couple weeks, but if you manage to force your way through it, it gets easier. Plus you don’t have to feel 100% to go to the gym, as long as you go and build a habit that’s good. Food wise, I lowkey just find foods that I like and stick to those with occasional indulgences, honestly nothing to worry to much about as long as you’re not eating junk food everyday and for every meal

I used to have that problem, automatic the process makes it more manageable. It’s hard to stick to a new routine. Boy do I know it. Meals were hard for me. Hardest part. But I came to a great solution. Getting food down was a struggle. I was eating my chicken and rice one day, and it came to me. Why am I chewing this? Prisoners when they refused to eat, there were ways of forcing them to eat. I took my plate and blended the contents into a fine paste.

I hand a tube and funnel, from when I used to have a keg of beer. I took it and went into the bathroom and layed flat, I pulled both my legs back and Inserted the tube, I did it dry so I recommend something slick to get it in easier, I poured the whole thing into the funnel and you would not believe how I took everything in one go. It’s like I absorbed it. 15 seconds max. I got up and boom. One meal down. I’ve been doing it this way ever since. good luck bro. get those gains 💪
