Just saw an ad for a glp1 that said “I’m not starving myself, this company makes glp1 friendly food products with 30g of protein!” What the fuck is the point of any of that. Why are you taking a glp if you’re literally gonna take the same steps as a diet

It’s the same principle as a cut, people who are on glp’s need to keep protein high to prevent muscle atrophy

Yeah but if these companies are making products to help people who are on glp 1s diet, why don’t the companies just make diet foods anyway? Better yet why don’t the people just diet? It’s absurd

GLP-1s reduce appetite. most of the people on them haven't had success with dieting. the company is trying to market to this audience with smaller portions. please think for half a second

I understand all that I just can’t believe that people are that incapable of having dominion over their own lives that a company has to give them a magic pill to eat less AND sell them bs low calorie protein bars

not everyone finds it easy to lose weight. I'm glad it has been for you but that is not universal.

I know people don’t find it easy, but it is objectively that easy. Not eating takes less effort than eating, the only struggle might be self control/mental fortitude
