Is it a real calorie deficit or are you just assuming it’s a deficit? Once you start dieting your body goes into low power mode

Umm I just looked up my tdee and based my maintenance off that and did like 500 cal deficit

Not to be mean but you might want to up the deficit and increase ur workout

I thought 500 was the amount u should be in a deficit or else it will mess with ur metabolism - also idk what else to do for workouts I workout everyday + 10000 steps

Well I’m eating ~1600 calories per day cuz my maintenance is ~ 2,200. I do incline walking, weightlifting and Pilates
