Why do I feel so self conscious about working in with people while I’m at the gym? I feel like it should be normal for me but I always feel weird asking so sometimes I just work out on another machine. Any advice?
Everyone is there to better themselves. I started at the gym weighing 340 and got nothing but encouragement from other people there. 99% of it is mental. You’ll be alright, people would love to share tips to getting better at the gym
