Back hurts after gym? My upper back doesn't really hurt but it feels like its out of place always after a workout. Also after leg day my lower back hurts so bad. I low-key just started lifting tho so maybe this is normal. Tips?

Bad form. Either your form is rlly bad or the weight is too high so your body is using the lower back to compensate

Good form will fix the issue just takes time getting used to it. Unless you are doing hyper extensions of doom 🥀

Lower the weight a bit and focus on form. Make sure that your back stays straight. Also, which workouts are you doing in particular?
