Anything I can do to grow my legs that is very stable and doesn’t require a lot of knee bend (like leg press, squat, lunges, Bulgarians). Knee clicks and isn’t in good shape. Spamming accessories is just getting really repetitive and annoying atp
Hard to build the muscle that unbends your knee without bending your knee. Could try rehabbing with bands and plyo for 3-6months before easing into squats with knee sleeves. Just don't rush it, joints take a longer time to adapt
