
I get what youโre saying but I disagree slightly. I have pretty good mind-muscle connection and I do feel the difference heads of the biceps in depending on the movement. That said, the large variety of workouts is mostly to improve variety. Keeps things interesting and helps me avoid stagnation. Iโll attach smaller ss
Iโm on day 2 of it. Iโve had other routines before but I didnโt like the lack of variation so im trying something new. I get your point on adaption for sure, Iโm not sure how that will pan out long run but Iโm hoping having this cycle will keep it at bay longer than others have for me
