Do you turn red for a few days after lifting?

It’s when you have such a pump that you burst capillaries. Capillary dilation from intense localized blood flow (vascular congestion) When you’re training hard and getting a pump, blood floods the area rapidly.

Nah. You get to whenever your capillary’s burst under a lot of blood flow. It happens when you train hard especially with volumed super sets

I was asking because for some reason when I do leg press with a really deep range of motion this happens to my whole neck and face. I've never had this happen in an area where I've had a pump tho

How long does the change in the area stay for you?

About 3 days. It happens mainly on my shoulders and sometimes my chest. That’s only on push days though, never really get them any other time. I especially get them if I take a pump supplement like Ryse Pump Daddy.

No. Why is everyone so concerned 😂. This is a lot more common, especially among powerlifters

Yeah that's about the same that mine stays for. It's just odd that it happens in my neck and face as opposed to anywhere else
