I’ve started running a few miles 3-4 times a week and calorie counting and I’m down 10 pounds since starting a month ago!

Just hoping I can keep this up. Only 10 pounds so far, probably want to lose at least 60-70, maybe even 80 pounds.

how many miles would you say? and what's your average pace? i'm also trying to do more cardio for fat loss

2-3 miles about 12-14 minute miles since I’m doing walk run intervals since I’m just getting started with running
