
It depends on where you're starting from. Are you brand new to exercise or are you already in shape? As a beginner, all you need is a few varying weights of dumbbells and a bench, you can do goblet squats, Bulgarian split squats and hip thrusts for glutes, and dumbbell bench for chest (buy a single-day pass at a gym to figure out which weights you need first). You can invest in more/better equipment once you get into a rhythm. Good luck!
