What do yall think about this split for an intermediate lifter 1. Push 2. Pull 3. Legs 4. Chest:back 5. Arms 6. Legs

I do this split too and have one leg day quad focused and the other hamstrings/glutes

6 days seems unnecessary.

I would put a rest day in between legs and chest/back. You don’t need a day solely for arms necessarily, you can divide that volume elsewhere.

While was upper and lower but kinda liked a separate back/chest and arms day

I think you’d be better off keeping it consistent across the week, but as long as you’re hitting each muscle 2x a week you’re fine ig

Eh, 6 is fine as long as overall volume isn’t too high. It’s probably a little better to give yourself an extra rest day or 2, but 6 days is still fine
