bro trust, pplul split that tuns mon-fri, take sat n sun off. makes it so much easier for consistency since your workout days are during work days

i do pull legs push pull legs. i just can’t stick to an exact schedule bc i work retail so i do my rest days based on my work schedule.

yea u is upper; and while yes there tends to be slight fatigue having the legs a day apart i havent had an issues since i make sure to deload every now and then :) you can also just add a rest day inbetween legs and upper so that way you get those two days rest while still keeping it pretty optimal.
