I’m not on a bulk rn but I’d say go for a clean bulk. So a calorie surplus but with good food. Like yeah you can have junk but more of a 90:10 split. There’s a bunch of pretty dense foods that can help you get calories in, like potatoes or rice. Protein powder can be added to basically anything
