i’ve been spamming the ab crunch machine but hear mixed opinions on it. should i be doing something else instead?

no keep it up, weighted crunches are great. although i’ve noticed i’m not feeling the burn like i used to with them:/

Rotate, try to do the ab roller, if you can’t yet try hanging knee raises, then leg raises, other supplemental exercises and do some oblique related exercises too so that you aren’t just working out one way. if you feel like you look dumb who cares. Core sucks for everyone just research form and be confident and consistent
