Any tips for bulking? For reference I’m 6’0 165lbs

Ok bc no one has given him real advice. Eat 35-40 grams of protein per meal and eat every 3-5 hours. Get at least 4 meals in. Eat in a calorie surplus

Since you're not super underweight, I would just recommend eating in a decent calorie surplus (500-700). Weight lift 5-7 times a week with high intensity and make sure you hit your protein goal. Try and go for 1g per pound of body weight of your goal weight. And for the love of god DO NOT DIRTY BULK!!! YOU WILL GAIN MOSTLY FAT AND IS NOT NECESSARY!!!! I'm no health professional so definitely do your own research but this should be basic stuff.
