
I’ve made very similar pasta and it’s super tasty. If i had to guess, he put straight Ragu in there with his ground beef. Ragu out of the bottle is too watery and doesn’t taste the same. Let it thicken up on low heat and be VERY generous with your seasonings. Season it until you think it would be too much, and then double that. Garlic power, onion powder, Italian seasoning, parsley. Noodles will always taste like noodles. The sauce is what gives the flavor. Season your meat too, can’t hurt
