Ground turkey with peppers onions and taco seasoning (I eat it with Greek yogurt, not sure how that affects lactose peeps)

idk I only eat fruit, vegetables, and chicken but it works and you get used to it

Just reduce the amount your eating and make sure you are getting a lot of protein from what you do eat, calorie deficit and high protein is keyyy
