Use the 3 3 3 rule to get into the groove of moving your body (even if you don’t like it). I’d say go for walks each day. You’re trying to form a habit, so use the following as a blueprint: 3 days to initiate 3 weeks to build a routine 3 months to form a habit

incline treadmill while blasting music is the way to go

It takes a while. At first your body interprets what you’re feeling as bad; after a while the sensation flips .

I SPRINT (either outside or 6.0+ on the treadmill) to a song called La Vaca and it makes the cardio really easy and quick
