Some people find it easier to add more meals instead of more to meals. Frequency vs quantity. Then you have time to digest in between and are hungrier and can eat more.

Also, even if you're eating more, if it's all lower calorie stuff like salad that's not gonna change much. Go for high protein and carb and less cardio

Use butter and oil when you cook instead of sprays or nonstick

And use high calorie things like peanut butter or avocado where it’s high calorie but not super filling. Bananas as an on the go snack too

Try taking quick walks either between servings or after meals. Walks can help with digestion so it can help you get hungry again and not bloat and get sick
