Look up maintenance calorie calculator. Track calories of everything you eat and eat about 200-500 under. Track honestly if not a little under to be safe. Eat high protein (abt .5 to 1 gram of protein per pound you weigh). Try to eat high fiber foods. The combo of high fiber and protein will reduce appetite. If you like black coffee it is a good zero calorie appetite suppressant to have in the mornings. You can also try to restrict eating to certain times of the day.

Sooo for my date, is 1200-1400 calories and 140-150g of protein good ? Till October, or till I reach 160 pounds then change it ?

basically yeah, but as you lose weight your maintenance calories will also decrease so every so often check the calculator to see where you’re at or you might come to a stall
