i used to super set triple deep squats (focus on depth so id go to perpendicular back down to ass to grass 3x then i can finally go back up) then right into stiff leg rdl’s and that hurt asff but you can js do deep squats > rdls > abductors > single leg press/bulgarians > back extensions
