tbh i don’t like being in public since im not jacked. it’s like putting out a buggy, unfinished product as a business vs. refining it over time and releasing it when it’s ready

Dawg u post this like 4 times a week no one cares if ur jacked or not irl. Real life isn’t social media and this is coming from someone who’s jacked it changes nothing unless ur surrounding urself with people who only find value in physical appearance which is bad

i care since i tend to feel negatively about myself compared to people that are jacked. plus i’d argue that it’s not true that other people don’t care consider how people tend to make fun of and criticize people that aren’t in shape online

Notice how they only do it online? Feel blessed knowing right now at least you have a personality test built in to your frame to discern whose worth your time or not. Muscles aren’t the ends they’re the means. The byproduct of a lifestyle, not the goal of it. build a body that has a purpose, one that best serves you, represents you as a person, and lets you express yourself further. don’t build muscle just as a shrine representing conformity to mediocre ideals.

yet social media is representative of the attitudes people have in real life

muscles are the ends and the means at this point. i wouldn’t date unless i look jacked, and i tend to avoid socializing with people and being in public (which likely won’t change unless i get jacked).
