I wear oversized t shirts and biker shorts usually, because it’s hard enough peeling the shorts off my sweaty ass skin after. But tbh I don’t really care what anyone is wearing (or not wearing) at the gym. I don’t pay attention to other people, and I kind of expect the same from everyone else there. I don’t see how a woman wearing a matching sports bra and shorts is gonna affect my lift, unless it’s such a cute set that I have to ask where she got it from

Doesn't matter, but you can expect both at the same time. Wearing less clothes is putting yourself out there. People have the right to look without it being weird

Until you're posing there's no reason not to be wearing a pump cover

As long as it’s not absurdly revealing, I understand wanting a full range of motion without being restricted. So I guess my answer is people should just stop staring and making a big deal out of it. And besides, I’ve seen men at the gym with shirts so cut off their entire nipples are out. Don’t love it, but again, it doesn’t impact me. It’s just kind of hypocritical.

Wearing less clothes isn’t necessarily putting you out there in a good way

My personal opinion is that I don’t care, but that revealing clothes will result in attention. If you don’t want to be given attention based on how your body looks, wear more than a sports bra and tight shorts.

What you wear is how you express yourself (mixed with some practicality)
