Guys I need help, I’ve been sick for a week, I don’t wanna get off track but I also don’t wanna relapse once I go back. Any tips for what I should do?

Don’t overcomplicate this. Focus on getting better. Dont obsess over any current goals that you have. This will cause you to spiral and beat yourself up. Just get healthy and ease your way back into it.

rest and health is #1 priority! It’s best for you to take the time being off the gym until you feel as close to 100% as you could get. Otherwise you may risk making the illness last longer or worsen. I recommend dieting to the best of your ability while sick, if you don’t already do so. Eat in a maintenance routine, and try your best to prioritize proteins over sugars/carbs. I know sometimes being sick rlly messes with appetite, so just try your best but don’t beat yourself up over it. GOOD LUCK

My main goals are to lower body fat and lean out. I’m a girl and it’s been so hard trying to get lean. But so far I’ve lost a good amount of weight and I’m probably just freaking out since I feel puffy and inflamed from being sick but I’m worried since before I got sick I had an Easter break then got sick and now I’m 2 weeks off my health goal path.
