went to the dr today and didn’t enjoy looking at the number on the scale, so i will be reevaluating my life choices lol. any tips for someone just starting out? my main goal is to lose weight and build more muscle and become flexible again (21f)

Figure out how many calories you need to consume to healthily lose weight. Eat protein rich foods. Walk, and get a weight training program 3 days a week. Stay consistent. There’s a TDEE calculator to help figure out your calories.
