I can consistently pour my entire heart and soul, kill myself doing lower-body, only to see minimal, SLOW progress. But I hit ONE intensive back day and bam my back gets genuinely big/jacked. I hate ts.
I end up needing to chill on back ALL THE TIME. But I LOVE hitting back, so it's hard to force myself to not work it 😭 I often cave and do the exercises anyways, which worsens the problem

MEANWHILE I'm not sure if my hamstrings even know they exist, my glutes are just straight up stunted or something, and my quads- ykw, actually, my quads give valid results for the amount of effort I put into them
