just want to let you know that "boosting your metabolism with a cheat day" does not work. the reason you feel like you've hit a plateau is because you've lost so much weight that your tdee has gone down. the final stretch will take longer and that's normal please don't resort to any crazy methods and if you really aren't seeing any progress then you aren't in a deficit anymore. i would encourage trying to introduce more activity before cutting calories though!
If ur already eating 1300 calories idk how tall you are but that is pretty low.. if u want to not binge eat do not lower ur intake or do more exercise. If anything reverse diet if you don’t want to do cheat days. This is where you will higher your intake for like a week and can increase exercise and then go low again . This works I did it.
