I’m not going to the gym tomorrow, because my lower back really hurts and I’m trying to listen to my body, but I also know I’m not going to be happy with myself even though I’m trying to help my body…

Why does your lower back hurt, if today was leg day and you had consistent good form, it’s your lower back muscles being sore.

is it muscle soreness or a tweak? could always hit arms or something that doesn’t use back at all

I’ve been dealing with it for a while, it’s like pain in my lower back/hip area, but it’s not sore cuz of leg day or back day or anything. Idk I’m tryna make an appointment with my doctor, cuz it’s been for about a year off and on and I reallyyyyyyy want to move my body and continue seeing how strong I can get

I was working on it a little when it stopped hurting, but now it’s back and I’m scared to try while it hurts so I haven’t recently

And I’ve seen my doctor maybe 2-3 times about it. He gave me medication for inflammation for if it’s really bad, and I’ve only used it like 3 times.
