hi yall i used to weigh almost 300lbs at my heaviest and i am now down to 218!!! i finally was able to get prescribed a GLP1 to help me lose the rest😛🎉i am so proud of myself and also THANK YOU GUYS for answering my stupid af gym and food questions ily

That’s awesome! Be careful with GLP-1s they can have some pretty shitty side effects, as long as you know what you’re doing while taking it you’ll be good

I totally understand, as long as your doing resistance training to prevent muscle loss you’ll be fine, one of the main problems is that people will lose weight so fast that muscle begins to atrophy. You can weigh 90 pounds but if have no muscle you still aren’t technically healthy, I wish you the best of luck!

Make sure u are eating a lot of protein ur not going to be hungry while ur on it so the food u should get should be high protein and try to get healthy fats in stay away from fried food a too many carbs, the carbs will make u crash and the fried food will hurt ur stomach
