So why when I’m doing hack squats and leg presses do i only feel it in my quads? Plz someone help im trying to grow the booty 😔😔

basically what other people said but the lower your feet the more quad based higher the more glute focused if you want a mix then go for about the middle of the platform, also straight feet will target the quads or glutes more but slightly crooked feet pointing out will start to hit your adductor muscles or inner thighs

With leg presses it’s position dependent, and hack squats are designed to bias the quads. If you want more glute growth barbell squat, and if you are really looking to bias the glutes, squat low bar

With leg press place your feet higher and do one leg at a time to bias glute. You can also use the back extension machine if your gym has it as a good morning machine for more glute gains.
