i’m down 22 pounds after two months of weightlifting and cal deficit (on and off). i’ve never been able to lose weight, and i’m finally starting to feel pretty in my adult body!
Good job! I'm trying something similar with my deficit where I'm just eating below most days or maintenance when I need to put in work and I'm gonna see how that goes in pursuit of 8-12% bf

Wow! 22lbs is aggressive, how much of a deficit are you in and how many times a week are you lifting? Any cardio?

in the deficit, i ate whatever i wanted, and i usually was around 500-750. light cardio for 10 minutes + lifting for an hour + another 20 minutes of cardio
