If you couldn’t live eating your current diet every day for the rest of your life the body change you’re after is going to be temporary

Plenty of adults live their whole lives on controlled diets of healthy low calorie food and only splurging on occasions, it’s just not as common in the US except among certain immigrant families. Studied abroad in Japan this summer and went to the beach a few times. Hella grandmas and grandpas with 6 packs were there.

If that’s cool with you, cool. Temporary is fine, but don’t act like you’ll never go out to eat and survive on leek soup until you’re 90. If you want lifelong results you need to change your daily life, not just eat less for 2 months

I know that’s my whole thing like you can sustain changes like that so there’s no reason to try and drink an all smoothie diet or something because you can’t possibly keep it up
