Basically calculate your BMR (theres online websites), add however many you usually burn during exercise, eat less than that.

Question: Are you active every day? If not, start going for 30-60 minutes walks each day. It’s low effort but high impact over 3 months of consistency. It also beats the advice of eating less. I’m a big proponent of eating healthier, not necessarily less. Get your nutrients and be more active. Better formula than restricting your caloric intake too much.
