i can motivate myself to work out but it’s the diet/cal deficit that’s hardest to adjust to. how do you guys make it easier? any tips?

If you’re trying to lose weight eat high volume low calorie foods, for example Greek yogurt is pretty thick and that can fool you so can potatoes and they’re both typically low-calorie.
