this was my biggest challenge. that’s been my entire habit for a few years now and i finally decided to go on my weight loss journey. BUT you can still incorporate fast food during a weight loss journey (look up lower cal options for any place). is it *healthy*? not necessarily. can you implement it and still be in a calorie deficit? absolutely!!

genuinely just find a couple dinners you like and learn to cook them. just follow a recipe and it’s not really difficult. meal prep it for a few days if you can.

but yes buy healthier ingredients to make stuff at home, i actually hate cooking but meal prepping for the week will save you. but you don’t have to drop fast food cold turkey - if it’s not realistic for you it won’t be sustainable so i find ways to mix it in if i really crave it

then branch out and try a new dinner once in a while. the more you do that, the more options you have to cook. and keep breakfast and lunch simple at least at first
