Lean bulk, or bulk then cut

Peanut butter, burritos, salad, and workout + protein shake of milk and once again pure peanut protein powder before bed. Its ass but its as calorie dense as lean tuna.

I don’t think you need any tips just keep doing what you’ve been doing

As long as you are eating relatively healthy, getting your macros, counting and maintaining your daily calorie goals, and keeping a consistent workout schedule, you will gain muscle and not too much fat

Granted, every woman is different and learn what works best for your body. For me, even when I went on a bulk, I never really had to worry about gaining too much fat since I was so active in the gym

Also just friendly reminder than 10-15% BF is extremely low for women and looks very different than 10-15 for men

Very unrealistic, and I don’t mean to be harsh but you’ll lose your period. 14-20% is the healthiest lowest BF %. Women can’t survive properly on a 10-12% body fat. I’m a woman too btw 🙋♀️
