Don’t dislike your body. Dislike what you’ve done with it to date and change it to something you will like.

Realize that you are the one believing negative things about yourself. Allow yourself to love your body now AND at your goal 😊 Doing that is hard because it’s unfamiliar, it takes some work for sure but you can do it
