Eat everything. if you get full easy try blending high calorie smoothies and drink full sugar bevs (whichever sodas juices lemonades etc...). Eat calorie dense foods like peanut butter, chocolate milk, beef instead of chicken, and don’t be afraid to cook with a decent amount of oil or butter
