I'm 4'11. I hate when people who are 5 foot anything say that being short doesn't affect your tdee. Yes it does, you just aren't short enough. Imagine having to eat 900 cals and walk 10k steps to lose 2 Ibs a week, but wait u have to eat 1200 cals so (1)
Imagine acting like this isn’t what literally everybody has to do in order to lose weight.
Being short doesn’t make it any harder for you lmao.

people won’t admit it but you can eat under 1200 as an adult if you’re under 5 feet tall. it doesnt make sense that it’s ok for someone who’s 5’3 to eat 1200 but someone who’s 4’11 is unhealthy if they eat like 1100 for example

U have to ofc do more exercise. I eat 1200 cals and do 15,000 steps with eliptical, treadmill, and walking all together because
I literally have to, in order to stay healthy. I can’t simply walk the 10k steps and expect results

It actually does because I have to spend more time working out rather than doing anything else in life. I have to work out more to just eat the minimum calories a human can eat. I can’t just do 10k steps so easily
