I'm 4'11. I hate when people who are 5 foot anything say that being short doesn't affect your tdee. Yes it does, you just aren't short enough. Imagine having to eat 900 cals and walk 10k steps to lose 2 Ibs a week, but wait u have to eat 1200 cals so (1)

people won’t admit it but you can eat under 1200 as an adult if you’re under 5 feet tall. it doesnt make sense that it’s ok for someone who’s 5’3 to eat 1200 but someone who’s 4’11 is unhealthy if they eat like 1100 for example

U have to ofc do more exercise. I eat 1200 cals and do 15,000 steps with eliptical, treadmill, and walking all together because I literally have to, in order to stay healthy. I can’t simply walk the 10k steps and expect results

It actually does because I have to spend more time working out rather than doing anything else in life. I have to work out more to just eat the minimum calories a human can eat. I can’t just do 10k steps so easily
