So I have a question if my BMR is 1500 I’m trying to lose like 10 pounds and I do a 500ish cal workout a day (according to my Apple Watch at least) how many calories should I be eating to lose weight? I can get my specific height and weight too if needed

I wouldn’t get super in the weeds about this. I would just go to online calorie calculator, put your body information in and then take the maintenance calories it gives you and subtract by 500. The first week if this is done right you’ll lose a lot of water weight, the second week less and by the third week start seeing noticeable fat loss. I would aim for around 1lb a week. Any less or more and I would subtract of add calories.

This will take a good chunk of time, but trust me it’s better to play the long game on this especially if it ends up being more than 10 pounds you wanna lose.

Make sure not to go below 1200 calories daily since that's needed for healthy basic survival. Any deficit in a healthy range will do

Well that’s the thing im short so if i subtract by 500 im at like 800 calories for the day so idk how to do it
