For those how had a really big weight loss how did you stop your binging or suppress it ? I’m having a really hard time with binging ?

As someone that really struggled with binging and even bulimia at times the only thing that worked for me was fully removing everything from my apartment that I knew I would binge. Ice cream, cookies, chips, even bread and peanut butter. It was almost like getting over alcoholism you genuinely just can’t even give yourself the chance to do it because once you’re in the wrong mindset even for just 2 minutes it’s over

i think what helped me was limiting my going out? everything going out is usually food or drink based. i limit my surroundings too. friends ik eat a lot, i spend less time with when going out, sad but true. their behavior would affect mine. i keep myself busy, try not to let myself wonder
