Should I start cutting? I’m 6ft, around 185lbs, have been aggressively bulking for 2 months eating 3700+ cals a day gaining around 20 pounds in that period. Should I start a cut, and if so, how many cals should I target daily. Appreciate the advice

Been in the gym for 8 months doing PPL, but wasn’t eating right (2.5k cals max) for the first six months

Dude icl you should cut but don’t expect to be shredded you’re probably around mid-high 20s bodyfat and you don’t have a ton of muscle on your frame. Cut down to a lean base and from there do a slight surplus bulk. It’ll take more time but you’ll put on size with a much better fat to muscle ratio if that makes sense
