Are there specific exercises to make my thighs n glutes wider or is that just an insertion thing

insertion thing, a shit ton of mass could do you a little help but even with that it’s not changing ur genetics

hit abductors, those target the outside of your glutes for a more rounded look. hit adductors (ADD not ABD) which target your inner thigh for a thicker more full look. both of those will help with width

yeah those stacks are unfortunately not the heaviest. my best tips without knowing your circumstances is just make sure you’re getting full ROM, and if you’re pretty skinny make sure to grow your hammies and quads as well and everything will eventually flow
