fuck motivation, you need discipline. most days i am not motivated but im disciplined and do it anyways because i know my health and fitness innportant so whether im motivated or not dont matter.

You could always pick out a cute outfit, ask a friend to go with you, motivate yourself with a little treat afterwards, pick a strong reason to go, explore workouts you like or do light work outs, start small and then that should help you get your motivation rolling, go for 15 mins, then your next goal is 30, then 45,then an hour, focus on the quality of workouts instead of the time, stretch and get used to just being in the gym environment. Idk this helped me get my motivation/discipline back.

Just fucking go it’s not that hard, take caffeine before you work out if you need to or sum. Go with a friend so that u have a reason to not back out of going or sum. “My mind won’t let me” is some self-victimization shi. If you make better lifestyle changes then going to the gym won’t be as hard

Buddy it’s not that easy. Especially with all my medical issues. If it was that easy I wouldn’t be asking for advice

I shouldn’t have to. You shouldn’t belittle people when they ask for help or advice. You gotta be the bigger person my man

Yeah ion really know what to say then js go to the gym dude. Maybe watch some fitness content on YouTube or TikTok so that u feel a lil more comfortable with what ur doing in there but there’s not a whole lot else I can tell you. It’s up to you to motivate yourself to go and it’s up to you to think about the health of your future self
