Can’t relate I have covid (I can feel my muscles shrinking and my calluses flaking off)
then drink a lot of water, maybe that’s why ur exhausted
But not as heavy as pre sick. I hate going back after I’ve been sick just to find I’ve lost like 2-3 pounds of muscle.
don’t worry bro you don’t lose muscle until 3-4 weeks of not lifting make sure to still eat a lot while sick so ur body recovers better
I know but I’m ngl I feel so weak like if I lifted more than 20lbs I’d disintegrate immediately
